Murchison Falls:
Just along Lake Kyoga and Lake Albert on the white River Nile, lies yet another tremendous and the most powerful waterfalls in Uganda. Murchison falls which is also called Kabalega falls is a world’s powerful waterfalls that forcibly squeezes itself through a narrow gorge of only seven meters wide with 43 meters tumbles prior flowing westwards into Lake Albert. Just the outlet of Lake Victoria alone sends about 300 cubic meters per second of water over the falls, squeezed into a gorge of not more than 10 meters wide. Sir Samuel and Florence Baker were also among the first Europeans to reach on top of this mighty falls and Baker named it after Sir Roderick Murchison, president of the Royal Geographical Society and hence Murchison falls national park.
At the time of President Idi Amin in 1970, the name was changed to Kabalega falls after Omukama Kabalega of Bunyoro. The name was again changed to Murchison falls as soon as Idi Amin was overthrown from power although others still call it Kabalega falls.

Sezibwa waterfalls:

The smoky brownish water gushes between the two rocks and waterfalls, seven meters high which produces a hissing like sound.
