It will help you plan the time you will spend in a vehicle whether traveling on a guided safari in Uganda or on a self guided tour. We have developed the following chart to offer an idea of both distances and times between locations in Uganda. This is just a reference and it is likely that times can be extended by up to 25% due to heavy rains, road works, rush hour, accidents etc.

Just to re-iterate, this table is just a guide and time tends to alter significantly due to lots of other factors. It’s worth talking to your guide and making it very clear that you want to be kept informed of how long things take. In countries with predominantly agricultural economies time means much less than countries with industrialized economies.
